Plaintiff appeals to this Court for a new trial from an adverse jury verdict and judgment. By reason of Plaintiff's (Appellant's) contention that the lower court should have directed a verdict in his favor on the issue of liability and contributory negligence, we shall carefully review the facts to determine if there was evidence to support the jury's verdict. The weight to be given to such evidence is within the province of the jury. The verdict will, therefore, be left undisturbed if reasonably supported by the evidence. Stearman v.
